MFR hosts a variety of events throughout the year in the parks, streets, campuses and bushland of Melbourne (and surrounds). With top quality course planners, outstanding organizing teams and plenty of coaches always on hand to help if you’re new to the sport, why not come and try one of our events

MFR is hosting event 7 at Deakin University, Burwood on Saturday 23 November.
Choose from 3 fun courses – something to suit everyone, from beginners to experienced sprinters!
Sprint races are a perfect test of your decision-making at speed! Navigate around the university campus with an ultra-detailed map and find the quickest route between controls.
